We love Jesus. We want to learn all there is to know about Him and live lives that honor Him. We want to figure out God's plan for our lives and follow it to the best of our abilities. We want to make His name known in Santee, East County, the greater San Diego area, the world, and everywhere in between. We want everyone to know the joy that only Jesus can offer. We want to help those in need. We want to serve those around us. We want to live undeniably and love unconditionally.
We want God's love to fill us and overflow onto eachother and everyone around us.

If you didn't write a letter to God last night I'm challenging you to sit down this week and write one. It's a humbling experience to put into words why we love our God, why we are thankful for Him, why we need Him, why he is The Almighty...

Last night went great! We flew through all 100 hot dogs... We couldn't get them off the grill fast enough. The beach was beautiful and the sunset was stunning. We ended the night with some worship around the fire, under the stars, and with crashing waves in the background.

Homeless Outreach [ 10:22 PM ]

Last night went really well! Our group had some good conversations and also met a Hindu girl named Danielle that showed us to the library and walked around with us for a while. We took turns praying for the different people we met and wrote down their names so that we can continue to pray for them.

Leadership Contemplative Hike [ 11:56 PM ]

Homeless Outreach [ 1:30 PM ]

Tonight went extremely well. We had roughly 20 people there including some from Sonrise. El Cajon was awesome but didn't have as many homeless as we expected. We did meet a few really cool people that were able to use a lot of our supplies. After waiting and walking and talking for quite awhile we decided that there was more to be done with the 6 or so pizzas we had left over. Before it got too late some of us rushed downtown to try and give away as much as we could of what we had left. We were kind of worried that people would be sleeping and bothered if we woke them up but everyone was very appreciative. We split up into two group and all of the food and supplies went very quickly. We ended the night with two me named Donald and Bryan. They were extremely inspiring and made a big impact on our group. I am so glad God is opening doors for us to continue this ministry and I can't wait to see what He has in store!

Because I was so wrapped up in the evening I unfortunately wasn't able to take any pictures. The only ones I have are from Brock's brief moment with my camera. Enjoy!
